Retail Operations Specialist - AI Analyst Role (Remote, US Based)

About the Role

We are seeking a US-based Retail Operations Specialist to join as a short-term contractor focusing on AI analysis. This remote position lasts approximately 20 weeks, offering a compensation of $15.3 per hour. The commitment is up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 4 hours overlapping with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess AI-generated responses by utilizing data and information from connected Google Workspace applications.
• Evaluate AI outputs carefully to ensure accuracy, relevance, personalization, and completeness.
• Detect any missing context, inaccuracies, or unrelated information within AI responses.
• Provide structured and detailed feedback through evaluation results submissions.
• Execute evaluation tasks strictly adhering to project guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality are upheld throughout the assignment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in analytical, evaluative, or knowledge-driven roles.
• Residency within the United States is mandatory.
• Active user of Google Workspace with Gmail as primary email.
• Frequent usage of various Google Workspace tools including Drive, Calendar, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines when assessing AI-generated content.
• Accept granting necessary permissions on Google Workspace and commit to 40 hours weekly, ensuring 4 hours overlap with PST.
