Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in upselling techniques to surpass sales goals.
• Stay updated on new product launches and promotions, offering informed recommendations to enhance customer purchases.
• Ensure all merchandise shelves are regularly replenished and visually appealing, following merchandising standards.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks to uphold a neat and safe workplace.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the Point-Of-Sales (POS) system, including cash, credit, and other payment types.
• Comply with regulations related to duty-free allowances, age limits, and other relevant policies.
• Represent the company at the frontline, maintaining a professional image and brand presence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
• At least one year of experience in sales.
• Present a professional appearance at all times.
• Display a positive and customer-focused attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts within the Changi Airport setting.
• Available to commit to a workweek of five days, including weekends and public holidays.
