Retail Assistant Store Manager - Manukau

Role Overview

Assistant Store Managers are key in supporting the Store Manager by managing daily retail operations and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant takes on a leadership role within the store.

You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to provide customers with expert eye care guidance paired with stylish eyewear advice. Your focus will be fostering a team environment that delivers outstanding customer service to all visitors.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing sales position with a keen enthusiasm for excellent service delivery.
• A genuine team-oriented individual who thrives on guiding and mentoring colleagues on the shop floor.
• Capable of working closely with the Store Manager to uphold a professional work atmosphere and ensure high-quality customer interaction.
• Confident in establishing authentic connections with customers and facilitating meaningful in-store experiences.
• Positive and proactive, bringing energy and a collaborative spirit to the team environment.

The salary potential for this role is up to NZD 58,000 annually.
