About the Role
Join Woolworths Group as a Retail Assistant focusing on replenishment duties in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. This temporary onsite position contributes directly to enhancing customer shopping experiences through excellent service and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring personalized support and promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain product availability by consistently restocking essential items and fresh food, ensuring proper quality, rotation, and presentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with your team to support daily store operations, uphold high cleanliness, and keep the store well organized.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies by identifying and reporting potential hazards and maintaining compliance with legal standards.
Candidate Profile
- Strong customer focus with a dedication to building loyalty through personalized interaction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and upholding company values in all tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues and escalating them when necessary.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 4:30 pm and 6:30 am as required.
