Join THISBOWL FISHBOWL as a Restaurant Supervisor, working alongside the Restaurant Manager to support and lead the team (called “Mixers”) in delivering high-quality dishes and outstanding customer service consistently. This role involves guiding and motivating team members to maintain brand standards and achieve a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational duties to ensure excellent customer experiences and consistent delivery of quality food bowls.
• Act as a role model by upholding and promoting FISHBOWL’s cultural and people-centric standards.
• Oversee completion of all training and operational checklists as required.
• Ensure all customers receive superior service without exception.
• Maintain strict adherence to food quality and safety, including sanitation standards.
• Supervise and mentor team members to foster growth and development within the company.

Recruitment Process

• A brief initial screening call with recruitment (approximately 20 minutes).
• A paid in-store trial shift to experience working with the team (2+ hours).
• A follow-up interview to discuss the trial and role details (about 30 minutes).
• Reference checks before a formal job offer is made.
