Job Overview
We are hiring a full-time, onsite Operations Supervisor located in Dubai responsible for managing the daily activities of the restaurant. The role involves ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of product quality, boosting sales, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations across all outlets to guarantee smooth, efficient functioning.
- Conduct regular on-site assessments to monitor performance metrics, service quality, and consistency of operations.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering both front and back-end operations.
- Align all operations with company goals and standards, maintaining strict adherence.
- Own revenue targets and deploy strategies to meet or surpass them.
- Collaborate with sales aggregators and external partners to enhance market penetration and sales volumes.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to uplift sales figures, menu options, and overall business efficacy.
- Promote upselling by educating and motivating team members.
- Train and supervise staff ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and outstanding service delivery.
- Encourage a culture based on teamwork, responsibility, and high performance.
- Ensure appropriate staffing at all locations to uphold service and operational excellence.
- Maintain robust supplier relations for prompt procurement and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with marketing teams, channels, and influencers to expand brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure flawless internal communication and operational execution through coordination with internal teams.
- Compile and disseminate regular reports regarding operations, sales, and vital metrics.
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold organizational standards.
- Implement quality control processes to increase efficiency and performance in all outlets.
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and corporate standards consistently.
- Continuously assess and refine operations to provide superior service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of operational management experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Proven track record managing outlets and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Successful experience meeting revenue goals and enhancing business outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational workflows, SOP creation, and quality control benchmarks.
- Understanding sales tactics, enhancing customer experience, and analyzing market dynamics.
- Experience handling suppliers, inventory management, and aggregator platform use.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic, alongside strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management competence.
