About the Role
We are looking for a committed and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Twisting Scoops in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence in our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the team effectively to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Overseeing daily operations, including sales target achievement and operational workflows.
- Maintaining strict inventory control and managing costs efficiently.
- Handling billing processes and accurately managing cash transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Resolving issues promptly through excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Managing time efficiently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
