Role Overview

The Restaurant Captain plays a vital role in ensuring excellent guest experiences by managing front-of-house duties with attentiveness and efficiency. This position is based in Delhi-NCR and offers a monthly salary range of 22,000 to 30,000 INR.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clean menus promptly.
• Maintain hydration by refilling water glasses and assist with directing guests to necessary amenities.
• Efficiently clear and clean tables to prepare seating for subsequent visitors.
• Ensure all dining surfaces are wiped and tables reset swiftly to maintain flow.
• Manage the stocking of side stations, ensuring ample supply of napkins, cutlery, trays, and condiments to meet service needs.

Additional Information

Employment is full-time and on-site. The position requires active engagement with guests and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and readiness in the dining area.
