Job Overview

As a Reservations Agent, you will manage guest bookings ensuring their preferences are met at the highest level. Your role includes providing detailed information about hotel amenities and pricing, promoting additional hotel services or properties in the group, and setting accurate guest expectations before arrival.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations with attention to detail and personalized service.
• Offer comprehensive information on hotel facilities and pricing structures.
• Promote upselling opportunities within the hotel and across other Dalata properties.
• Ensure guests have accurate expectations prior to their stay.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong customer service aptitude.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to maintain composure and perform efficiently under pressure.
• Experience working in reception or reservations at a 3-star or 4-star hotel is required.
