About the Role

Join U-Haul as a Reservation Manager Agent in Mobile, AL, where you'll engage in a dynamic, fast-paced environment fostering teamwork and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, your key responsibility will be managing reservations and allocating equipment to support customers, field staff, and dealerships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Support field teams and dealerships by overseeing equipment reservation and placement, strategically directing equipment based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Analyze reports to enhance equipment availability and maintain accuracy in customer reservations and contracts.
• Provide assistance with U-Haul’s U-Box portable storage solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with office tools such as multiline phone systems, proper phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email communication.
• Strong customer service expertise with effective multitasking and time management abilities.
