Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experimental protocols to boost model robustness, quality, and generalization capabilities.
• Create new network architectures, develop training curricula, and establish evaluation frameworks for NLP models.
• Work closely with engineering teams to scale and integrate research prototypes into production systems.
• Contribute to scholarly articles, participate in conferences, and maintain reproducible code repositories related to experiments.
• Mentor junior researchers and help prioritize research initiatives aligned with the company’s roadmap.

Candidate Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree with significant research experience in NLP or machine learning, preferably with publications in leading conferences or journals.
• Practical expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, especially training large transformer-based models.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, optimization techniques, and evaluation metrics pertinent to language modeling.
• Experience with distributed training systems and managing large-scale data pipelines.
• Demonstrated research contributions such as published papers or open-source projects is advantageous.
