Role Overview
This field sales opportunity is centered on guiding homeowners through the process of switching to an air source heat pump, with the wider aim of helping them reduce energy costs and carbon emissions. The role covers the full sales journey, from the home visit through to closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer homes and convert opportunities into sales for air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and related green technologies.
- Explain the advantages of heat pumps and other clean-energy products in a clear, customer-friendly way.
- Generate your own pipeline through cold calling and referrals, while also handling pre-booked appointments, and work toward KPI-based sales goals.
- Update and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM.
- Deliver a strong customer experience during home visits by following Aira’s sales approach.
- Work closely with the design and planning teams so customer expectations are met throughout the process.
What You Should Bring
- A full UK driving licence, since this is a field-based position.
- Previous experience in a field sales role.
- Comfort using sales software and CRM tools.
- Strong motivation for selling and achieving targets.
- A problem-solving, positive approach to handling objections and negotiations.
- Interest in working in a fast-moving, proactive environment.
Training and Additional Notes
All product training will be provided through Aira Academy. Experience in renewable energy or energy sales is welcome but not required.
