Overview
This is a fully remote role focused on supporting client communication and coordination. The position involves helping organize schedules, confirming key details, and contributing to a polished, dependable client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle client communication through email, chat, and phone.
- Support event-related coordination, including schedule, appointment, and itinerary confirmations.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of client conversations, updates, and interactions.
- Work with internal teams to address urgent or time-sensitive needs.
- Help ensure seamless coordination and a positive experience for clients.
Requirements
