Key Responsibilities
- Create contemporary, trend-conscious apparel collections customized to client needs and brand guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive tech packs detailing specifications, materials, and construction essential for production.
- Produce lifelike mockups and visual presentations for client feedback and approval.
- Work closely with sales and client-facing teams to understand client requirements and translate them into innovative designs.
- Manage the design process from initial concept to delivery of production-ready files, ensuring punctuality and premium quality.
- Maintain and update a portfolio featuring completed projects and design resources.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in apparel design with a robust portfolio highlighting custom garment projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and relevant design software tools.
- Thorough knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and fabric selection.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Effective communication skills and capability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience in preparing detailed tech packs and collaborating closely with manufacturers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to preserving a premium, fashion-forward look.
