Job Overview
This position focuses on strengthening relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients by delivering tailored banking solutions and superior customer service. The role works closely with product and operations teams to enhance customer acquisition, servicing, and relationship deepening within the retail banking division.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform clients about new or improved products to broaden banking engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth access to bank offerings.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized banking solutions to increase customer value.
- Maintain precise and current records of customer accounts managed.
- Drive the penetration of accounts within client families or groups in the assigned portfolio.
- Monitor and resolve client complaints and inquiries promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Organize targeted sales campaigns and events for potential and current corporate clients.
- Support the Senior Relationship Manager - NRI in delivering exceptional client experiences, establishing the bank as the preferred partner.
- Analyze competitors and gather feedback to refine growth strategies.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency at branches.
Qualifications and Experience
- Any undergraduate degree is required.
- Postgraduate qualifications in any discipline are preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in branch banking is essential.
