Relationship Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to drive sales primarily of life insurance products while also cross-selling fixed deposits, mutual funds, and other insurance products. The role involves daily communication and reporting to the line manager, maintaining detailed monthly work reports, and consistently achieving sales targets. This position is based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, India.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life insurance products to clients.
• Cross-sell additional financial products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds, and insurance offerings.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate monthly activity and sales records.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be graduates; freshers are not eligible.
• Age range required is between 21 and 42 years.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales and marketing is mandatory.
• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain is advantageous.
• Exposure to life insurance sales is preferred.
