Job Overview

The Registrar is responsible for overseeing the entire student experience starting from registration after admission through to graduation. This role involves managing student registration, class scheduling, maintaining class rosters, and keeping accurate grade records for all academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant departments and staff to enhance the overall student experience and ensure high levels of student satisfaction.

  • Oversee the student management software system to guarantee its smooth operation.
  • Manage procedures related to transfer credits, degree certification, enrollment verification, transcript production, and issuance of diplomas.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive student handbook detailing academic policies and school procedures, leading the updates to these documents.
  • Advise students, faculty, and staff on academic policies and related matters.
  • Interpret and enforce academic policies and regulations established by the school’s governing bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with standards mandated by the Commission of Academic Accreditation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
  • Support continuous program quality improvements, including initiatives aimed at addressing areas identified through feedback.
  • Maintain governance by collaborating with committees and managing official reporting.
  • Partner with Institutional Effectiveness units for data reporting and verification of evidence.

Qualifications and Experience
