Position Overview

The Recruitment Consultant serves as a vital link between candidates and hiring organizations. This role involves managing candidate relationships, comprehending client needs, and ensuring successful job placements while collaborating closely with the Account Manager to provide timely recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ hiring needs, culture, and requirements to formulate effective recruitment plans.
• Work alongside the recruitment team to source, assess, and recommend suitable candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, conducting interviews, negotiations, and final placements.
• Address and resolve candidate-related issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year’s experience within a recruitment agency setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling trustworthy and credible relationships.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing several client accounts concurrently.
• Driven by results, with a strong passion for matching talent to opportunities.
• Collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
