Role Overview

We are expanding our onshore permanent recruitment division and seeking a motivated recruitment consultant to lead and manage this desk. This role presents a genuine opportunity to join at the ground level within a business that has active deal flow, brand recognition, and an existing warm client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development to win new clients and fill permanent placement roles within the onshore market.
• Leverage a steady stream of warm leads and existing client relationships from our offshore staffing and advisory operations.
• Manage and grow your client base, either from our lead pipeline or your own connections.
• Operate within a traditional agency recruitment framework with enhanced support to boost success.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in agency recruitment, permanent placements, or managing a 360 recruitment desk.
• Proven ability to secure new clients and drive business growth beyond simply filling roles.
• Strong sales aptitude and resilience suited to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing and scaling a recruitment desk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship development.
• Comfortable promoting a variety of recruitment and staffing services, not limited to permanent roles.

Preferred but Not Required

• Existing portfolio of client relationships.
• Experience across multiple industries or a generalist recruitment desk.
• Familiarity with offshore staffing, BPO, or outsourced talent models.
• Background in selling to markets in Australia, New Zealand, or the USA.
