Recruiting Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for proactive and resourceful Recruitment Specialists experienced in high-volume factory hiring. This fully hands-on, field-based position focuses on recruiting factory hands, artisans, and semi-skilled personnel, utilizing strong industry contacts and community engagement to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale recruitment campaigns targeting factory workers, artisans, and operational staff.
• Conduct bulk candidate screenings, interviews, shortlisting, and coordinate their deployment.
• Assist in recruiting for skilled positions as needed.
• Organize and lead recruitment drives within specific communities.
• Collaborate with community leaders to identify and source potential candidates.
• Act as company representative during recruitment events, walk-ins, and community interactions.
• Maintain precise recruitment records and track daily hiring progress.
• Support preparation of onboarding documents and verify candidate requirements for joining.
• Update recruitment information promptly and assist with process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment ethics, standards, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, notably in manufacturing, manpower outsourcing, or industrial sectors.
• Sound knowledge of factory labor market and employment conditions in Ghana.
• Capable of working autonomously with little supervision.
• Effective communication skills in English; fluency in local languages offers an additional advantage.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
