Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role

Our partner company, based in Canada, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance their fast-paced recruitment operations in a dynamic technology setting. This fully remote position plays a critical role in guaranteeing a seamless and effective experience for candidates and hiring teams alike across both technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage interview schedules involving various time zones, candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to maintain a streamlined, well-organized hiring workflow.
• Handle applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and reliable recruitment metrics.
• Support tracking and reporting on recruitment pipelines, progress, and operational results.
• Assist with sourcing campaigns and outbound recruiting efforts as necessary.
• Coordinate offer processes, pre-onboarding, and transitions for incoming hires.
• Enhance recruiting processes, documentation, and workflows to support organizational scaling.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or talent acquisition, preferably within fast-growing firms or startup environments.
• Proficient in managing complex interview coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
• Experienced with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or similar.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and contemporary collaboration tools.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during US Pacific Time working hours.
• Experience in technical recruiting for areas such as engineering, product management, data science, AI, or machine learning is advantageous.
