Overview

This role is fully remote within the U.S. and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Role Purpose

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all phases of the recruitment process for technical and engineering roles. This position plays a key role in identifying and attracting top technical talent, developing partnerships with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and design recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates actively and passively via professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews assessing technical skills and cultural alignment.
  • Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings concurrently.

  • Self-driven with ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
