Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates aligned with both technical and non-technical job specifications.
• Leverage platforms including job boards, social media sites, and internal systems to locate and attract IT talent, building a robust pipeline.
• Work closely with sourcing teams and hiring managers to conduct candidate screening, interviews, and referrals for subsequent hiring phases.
• Handle a substantial volume of open requisitions efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Design surveys to evaluate recruitment success, candidate satisfaction, and recruiter performance.
• Compose tailored recruitment communications and detailed candidate summaries.
• Create and manage IT job postings across online channels and internal websites.
• Generate monthly recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress and present to management.
• Maintain organized recruitment documentation including databases, candidate records, and interview resources.
• Provide exceptional candidate engagement through continuous interaction throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends and product developments relevant to talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection procedures.
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or related people-centric operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn for job advertisement, candidate sourcing, and outreach.
• Familiar with advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search methodologies, social networking platforms, and local job boards.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing candidate databases.
• Aptitude for drafting precise and engaging job descriptions tailored to role requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to achieve recruitment targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• A natural curiosity to understand new technologies, role specifications, and industry sectors.
• Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an allied discipline.
