Role Overview
The Receptionist serves as the primary contact point for the organization, warmly welcoming visitors, managing incoming communications, and performing general administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and greet guests, verify their credentials, and direct them to relevant departments or personnel.
- Handle incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them appropriately; respond to email inquiries efficiently.
- Provide administrative assistance including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Process daily mail by sorting and distributing letters, couriers, and packages promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage office supply requisitions as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have completed B.A. in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, B.Sc. in Computer Science and Technology, or B.Com in any specialization.
