Job Overview
We are seeking experienced developers proficient in React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python Flask to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. Candidates should have 8 to 12 years of experience in web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Flask), CSS, and JavaScript technologies.
- Develop both frontend components with React and backend services leveraging Flask framework.
- Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code with maintainability and testability in mind.
- Utilize advanced JavaScript libraries, specifically AG-Chart and AG-Grid, to enhance UI capabilities.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Investigate and debug complex software issues to ensure a robust application.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather, refine, and clarify requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Identify ambiguous requirements early and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to project effort estimations and assist in planning solution delivery.
- Support architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of the applications.
- Continuously keep up-to-date with latest trends and advancements in web development technologies.
- Track, report, and resolve software bugs and defects promptly.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience (8–12 years) in web development.
- Strong command over Python programming and the Flask web framework.
- Proficient with core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in React library and associated frontend development.
- Experience with JavaScript libraries AG-Chart and AG-Grid.
- Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
