Key Responsibilities

• Precisely quantify and price contracts by analyzing drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
• Manage comprehensive post-contract duties including processing interim and final payments, variations, claims, commercial and contractual communications, and cash flows.
• Provide expert advice on contractual issues and ensure all contractual requirements are fully met and valid.
• Offer guidance on contractor resource deployment and audit contractor payments meticulously.
• Ensure timely submission and thoroughness of valuations and measure completed work accurately.
• Prepare contractual variations and day-works as needed and oversee the monitoring of final contract cost estimates.
• Keep detailed expenditure records, review and negotiate claims, and prepare settlements.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise activities within the team effectively.
• Compile financial statements to support monthly reporting and perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Bring at least eight years of experience focused on large infrastructure projects, specifically in roads and infrastructure.
• Consultancy experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of both pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating information clearly and logically to management and colleagues.
