Quality Control Technician

About the Role

As the final checkpoint before products reach customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring every device meets DACBY's high standards. The quality grade you assign directly represents what we deliver, making accuracy and integrity essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, cosmetic, and performance evaluations on all incoming and post-repair devices.
• Assign grades to each unit following DACBY's condition criteria such as Very Light Marks and Light Marks.
• Detect defects, missing components, or repair oversights.
• Flag or reject products that fail to satisfy listing criteria.
• Keep detailed quality control records of inspections, grades, and pass/fail results for every device.
• Collaborate with the repair team regarding rework, and retest items after corrections.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail for assessing cosmetic aspects such as scratches, dents, and screen condition.
• Strong integrity with no tolerance for overgrading devices to pass them through.
• Proficient in operating diagnostic equipment and accurately documenting outcomes.
