Job Description

• Perform quality control analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using diverse analytical methods to ensure adherence to specified quality standards.
• Accurately prepare and disseminate QC reports, analyze data trends to detect manufacturing inconsistencies or potential problems.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and prepare necessary chemical reagents for testing and calibration purposes.
• Design, refine, and validate QC testing methodologies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accommodate new products.
• Investigate deviations in quality, implement corrective measures, and support ongoing improvement projects.
• Oversee laboratory inventory, ensure proper chemical storage, and manage laboratory waste according to compliance standards.
• Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) guidelines and maintain thorough documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve quality issues and apply effective corrective actions.
• Keep updated with industry developments, standards, and best practices in quality control and analytical chemistry.
• Carry out additional quality control and laboratory tasks as delegated by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
