Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, analytical, and quality-focused individual to join our team as a QA Tester. This role involves performing software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure our applications function correctly and continuously improve. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the development team throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional, regression, integration, and acceptance tests
Maintain close collaboration with the development team during all stages of product development
Contribute to ongoing enhancement of QA processes
Develop and maintain automated test scripts

Location

This is a fully remote position
Proximity to the Tirana office is advantageous for occasional in-person meetings

Qualifications and Skills

Strong analytical abilities and acute attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in written and spoken Italian

Preferred but Not Required

Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Basic knowledge of a programming language
Familiarity with SQL and API testing tools such as Postman
ISTQB Foundation Level certification

Requirements

Previous experience in software testing or equivalent training
Availability to work full time
