Role Overview

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of residential property management experience in New Zealand.
• Competence in compliance management, maintenance oversight, and handling challenging discussions.
• Strong organizational skills, structured work approach, and proactive communication.
• Proficient in administration and reporting functions.
• Possession of a Full New Zealand Driver's License.
• Residential Property Management Level 4 qualification is preferred.
