Job Overview
Aliat AlEmaar is looking for a capable and methodical Property Manager to supervise the daily functioning of a mixed-use property that includes residential apartments, office premises, and retail storefronts. The role requires overseeing tenant relations, coordinating necessary upkeep and cleaning, managing contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to regulations, and optimizing occupancy and tenant contentment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across residential, office, and commercial properties.
- Act as the main contact for tenants, addressing questions, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Handle negotiations, administration, and supervision of contracts with service providers in maintenance, cleaning, security, and others.
- Organize and manage maintenance and repair tasks to preserve property quality.
- Perform regular property inspections to identify areas needing improvement.
- Manage leasing processes including agreements, renewals, tenant onboarding, and move-outs.
- Ensure rents, service charges, and other payments from tenants are collected on time.
- Keep comprehensive records of leases, agreements, payments, and related paperwork.
- Compile operational and financial reports for property owners or management.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety rules, and internal property policies.
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support budgeting efforts and initiatives to control property operational costs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or closely related disciplines is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing properties, facilities, or similar environments.
- Deep familiarity with lease processes and contract oversight.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and property management software tools.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
