Role Overview

A privately held property company is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to steer multiple hotel and mixed-use development projects on the Gold Coast. Renowned for executing high-quality, design-driven projects, the company currently has several hospitality developments at various stages from planning to delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee projects from design inception through to final completion, handling all aspects regarding scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases in delivering hotel and mixed-use projects
• Manage design evolution, coordinate planning approvals, and liaise with authorities
• Formulate procurement strategies and lead contractor engagements
• Oversee budget management, feasibility analyses, and financial tracking
• Coordinate efforts between consultants, contractors, and in-house teams
• Track construction progress, manage project timelines, assess risks, and ensure quality standards
• Deliver routine project reports to senior management
• Ensure timely completion by managing and driving project milestones

Candidate Profile

• Between 5 to 12+ years of project management experience in property development or construction
• Demonstrated success in handling commercial, hotel, or complicated residential projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of development and construction life cycles
• Strong commercial insight with expertise in financial and risk administration
• Capacity to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and guide project progress
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, or a similar field
