About the Role

A prominent enterprise in the Construction & Engineering sector is looking to hire a Project Manager responsible for comprehensive project oversight across various sites in Dubai. The role demands ensuring timely project delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans including scheduling, resource distribution, and cost forecasting.
• Oversee and direct project execution activities to guarantee timely completion.
• Engage and collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor expenses, manage budgeting, and initiate cost optimization strategies.
• Recognize potential risks, formulate mitigation approaches, and uphold safety regulations.
• Generate consistent project progress reports and maintain thorough documentation.
• Assure compliance with project specifications, industry norms, and legal requirements.
• Lead and motivate project teams by delegating responsibilities and maintaining performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 5 to 8 years of project management experience, ideally within construction or engineering domains.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an allied discipline.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent credentials are beneficial.
• Experienced with project management software tools like MS Project, Primavera, or comparable applications.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities and capacity to manage cross-functional teams along with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-versed with UAE-specific regulations, construction codes, and local project delivery methodologies.
