Project Manager

About the Role

CXC is recruiting seasoned Project Managers to spearhead and deliver intricate ICT and digital transformation projects within enterprise or public sector settings. The perfect candidate will bring robust project delivery expertise, practical technical knowledge, and the capability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT initiatives covering requirements collection, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support post-implementation.
• Engage and coordinate effectively with business units, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors to guarantee successful project execution.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables while maintaining adherence to governance and quality standards.
• Contribute to digital governance efforts, provide project status reports, and support continuous process enhancements.
• Organize project meetings, monitor milestone achievement, and align activities with organizational goals.
• Implement SDLC frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to efficiently deliver technology solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 7 years of pertinent experience in systems analysis, IT project management, or related areas, ideally at a large enterprise or within the public sector.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles—from gathering requirements through to deployment and support.
• Practical experience in application development utilizing technologies including Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web/object-oriented programming frameworks.
• Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid models.
• Experience working with government digital services or knowledge of Singapore government IT frameworks is advantageous.
