Position Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a partner organization of Haystack for a Project Manager role. This role involves leading complex and impactful projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including defining scope, setting objectives, establishing timelines, and delivering outputs aligned with business requirements.
- Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and tracking reports.
- Take proactive steps to identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and external dependencies.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables from third-party vendors.
- Offer technical and analytical support to project teams and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Hold an Associate's degree or possess an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
- At least four years in project or program management roles.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in formulating detailed project schedules and resource management plans.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving aptitude, and decisive decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentations, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams effectively and influence successful outcomes.
