Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in managing client projects involving multiple solutions to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion.
• Maintain and update project status, timelines, and action points within internal tracking systems to support project monitoring.
• Participate in client and internal meetings to document structured notes, summarize critical discussions, and monitor follow-up tasks.
• Help prepare and standardize project-related documentation, such as project scopes, implementation strategies, and handover materials.
• Compile weekly project reports that emphasize progress, potential risks, and pending issues.
• Develop and deliver case studies for key clients to showcase successful project outcomes.
