This is a 4-year contracted position based in Changi, Singapore, with an immediate start date.

Role Overview
The opportunity is for a Project Document Controller responsible for overseeing the management of project documentation in both digital and physical formats. The role offers a monthly salary between S$4,500 and S$6,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete administration, secure storage, and upkeep of project document archives.
- Ensure smooth flow of information across different functions and assist project participants by fulfilling document retrieval requests.
- Support contract management, project reporting activities, and monitor essential regulatory permits and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in project document control and 5 years in administrative roles within a built environment context.
- Strong command of office productivity software along with specialized document management systems.
- Highly organized and methodical in handling large volumes of regulatory paperwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
