About the Role
We seek a motivated Project Data Analyst at an entry or junior level to join our team remotely from Germany. The position involves analyzing project-related data to provide valuable insights that enhance project decision-making and effectiveness. This opportunity blends project management with data analysis in a dynamic, remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and interpret data related to projects to assist in producing reports and facilitating informed decisions.
- Create dashboards, visual reports, and other data presentations to track project progress and measure performance.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and meet data requirements.
- Observe project key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, risks, and areas where improvements are possible.
- Carry out on-demand data analyses and reporting tasks supporting ongoing project activities.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, analytical approaches, and reporting procedures.
- Contribute to enhancing data quality and streamlining reporting workflows within the project environment.
Qualifications
- Entry-level to junior applicants with 0 to 3 years of experience, including internships, are eligible.
- Background in data analysis, project coordination, or similar fields is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL and/or familiar with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
- Adept at converting complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Effective communicator, able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-focused and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a remote work setup.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must reside in Germany and hold legal authorization to work full-time.
- Ability to operate efficiently within a fully remote team environment.
