Role overview

The Production Executive will manage daily manufacturing activities, coordinate across internal teams and third-party production partners, and ensure that materials, documentation, quality checks, and timelines are handled smoothly throughout the production cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily production tasks in line with the approved production schedule.
• Oversee manufacturing work at both company-owned and outsourced facilities.
• Forecast, monitor, and secure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Verify incoming raw and packaging materials before production begins.
• Inspect work-in-progress and completed finished goods before they are released to warehousing or sales.
• Prepare and maintain BMR, BPR, logbooks, production registers, and other GMP-related records.
• Work closely with Quality Control, Stores, Procurement, and Production teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Track production timelines and make sure targets are met on schedule.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs along with safety and hygiene practices.
• Monitor output, consumption of materials, wastage levels, and overall yield.
• Follow up with third-party manufacturers on production progress, dispatches, paperwork, and quality adherence.
• Assist with process enhancement, inventory matching, and production planning work.
• Support internal and external audits by keeping documents complete and well organized.

Eligibility

This opportunity is intended for candidates with a B.Sc in Chemistry or a B.Pharma degree in any specialization.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 300000 to INR 450000.
