Role Overview

We are looking for meticulous and dependable Product Testers to join us remotely across the United States. As an In-Home Usage Tester, you will evaluate various consumer products within your home environment. This flexible role typically requires 15 to 25 hours per week and offers a competitive pay between $25 and $45 hourly based on the specific project. No prior experience is needed, making it an excellent fit for those seeking entry-level, part-time, seasonal, or adaptable work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document each test using the daily schedule, including screenshots, audio, videos, and journal logs
• Use and handle products responsibly while following usage instructions closely
• Strictly follow the daily timeline, involving product unpacking, instruction reading, product use for set periods, and providing feedback via reviews, photos, or videos
• Employ mobile technologies, such as MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test platform, to capture detailed insights and emotional responses when requested
• Engage in private chat discussions with market research professionals regarding the tested products
• Write thorough and honest reviews as per project requirements

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Possession of a digital camera or smartphone capable of quality photos
• Good communication skills and integrity
• Capability to maintain a flexible schedule of 15-25 hours weekly
