Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the product vision, strategy, and development roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and clarify requirements, define project scope and acceptance criteria, serving as the main liaison and translating technical details into accessible business language for all participants and executives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including prioritizing backlogs, decomposing complex requirements into actionable engineering tasks, estimating timelines with development teams, and establishing comprehensive project plans.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate technical risks, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on course.
• Oversee user testing and internal usage cycles, collect and prioritize feedback, document actionable issues, verify resolutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Enhance product adoption and user engagement by analyzing usage metrics and patterns, spotting drop-off points, and implementing strategies to boost retention and performance.
• Engage directly with product owners, business units, and branch teams to understand operational needs, conduct training, and gather input for ongoing improvements.
• Maintain thorough product and project documentation; coordinate technical reviews, approvals, and quality testing before and after deployment.
• Prepare release notes and newsletters; stay updated on market trends and competition through ongoing research; utilize project management software to monitor work hours, execution, and costs.
• Promote technical knowledge sharing, provide responsive user support, and manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and handling legal documentation.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product lifecycle to improve speed and effectiveness, fostering AI adoption across the team as a core aspect of working culture.

Candidate Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Coordinator, especially within fintech, financial services, or tech industries.
• Practical experience overseeing all stages of the product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior digital products.
• Technical expertise in software development processes and web technologies.
• Strong command of agile frameworks, product management best practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Statsig, PostHog, and experience with A/B testing platforms.
• Good familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills enabling clear technical-to-business translations for varied audiences.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities, including strategic project analysis and planning input.
• Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to perform well under pressure.
• Preference for candidates with fintech product knowledge or prior experience in financial services.
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capacity to utilize AI tools effectively to enhance productivity, quality, and decision-making within work processes, with an expectation to integrate AI use consistently.
