Overview
This vacancy at Google is for a Product Manager position focused on the Chrome Browser’s consumer mobile experience. Role Expectations
The Product Manager will guide products from inception to launch by bridging technical development with business priorities. The position demands managing complex projects, engaging cross-functional teams, and driving results for features impacting millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute diverse experiments to analyze user engagement metrics and business impacts, iterating based on data and user research insights.
- Coordinate with the extended Chrome team to balance feature priorities and leverage emerging capabilities.
- Collaborate extensively with Engineering, UX Design, UX Research, Marketing, Legal, Privacy, and Public Relations teams.
- Own comprehensive project planning, execution, and successful delivery involving multiple functions.
- Develop and advance product strategies for particular user segments, securing endorsement from leadership and stakeholders in Chrome and Android divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or related technical fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing technical products from concept to launch.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools or large language model interfaces into workflows.
Preferred Background
- Experience delivering mobile features or consumer-facing B2C products.
- Familiarity with design principles and collaboration with design teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Proficiency in data handling and performing fundamental data analyses.

Compensation
Compensation is influenced by skills, relevant experience, and education. The salary range for Canada is CAD 138,000 to 141,000 plus a 15% target bonus, equity, and benefits. In the United States, compensation ranges from USD 138,000 to 197,000 with similar bonus and equity components.
