Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the Role

This contract position offers an opportunity to work remotely as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI design. The role focuses on crafting seamless user experiences and interfaces for AI-driven digital products, contributing to design improvements through iterative feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, assess, and refine intuitive user interfaces and experiences across multiple digital platforms.
• Analyze usability and functionality of AI-based products, delivering constructive suggestions for enhancement.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey flows to visualize and test design ideas for AI training platforms.
• Collaborate extensively with diverse teams to gather requirements and provide effective design solutions.
• Clearly document and communicate design rationale both verbally and in writing.
• Engage in iterative design cycles, leveraging data and user feedback to inform continual improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a portfolio showcasing user-focused design for web or mobile applications.
• Proficient with design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and iterative design techniques.
• Ability to integrate feedback promptly and adapt designs to changing project needs.
• Understanding of inclusive and accessible design standards.

Compensation and Commitment

The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $70, with weekly hours varying between 10 and 40.
