Role Overview

The Product Design team is central to Bally's International, crafting both B2C and B2B products in sports, iGaming, and lottery sectors played by millions primarily across the UK, US, and Spain. This role specifically belongs to our Sports Design Team responsible for the sportsbook user experience, including bet slips, in-play features, cash out, promotions, and other related functionalities. You will collaborate closely with Product, User Research, and Development teams to transform ideas into engaging and intuitive products.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of UX and UI design across sportsbook customer journeys within your domain.
• Manage projects daily, delivering polished, production-ready designs adhering to the team's design system for consistency and quality.
• Employ AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and improve design outputs.
• Clearly communicate design choices to stakeholders at every level and incorporate user research insights to keep player needs central.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Product Design focusing on consumer digital products at scale.
• Proven strength in UX and UI design, demonstrated by a portfolio with shipped products and underlying design thinking.
• Regular and effective use of AI tools in design workflows, with a willingness to explore innovative applications.
• Comfortable working within established design systems, including components, patterns, and tokens, with an ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Strong communication abilities to present, explain, and defend design decisions while adapting messages to different audiences.
• Proficient with Figma and other contemporary design software, and knowledgeable about the technological platforms impacting design feasibility.

• Contribute to and maintain design systems ensuring scalability and consistency across projects.
