Job Overview
Elevate X Solutions is seeking skilled Process Associates proficient in Polish to provide exceptional customer support while working remotely. The role focuses on assisting international clients through voice and chat channels, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service via voice and chat communications.
- Maintain high-quality support standards in client interactions.
- Address customer queries in both Polish and English effectively.
- Support international customers with timely assistance.
- Resolve issues professionally within appropriate timeframes.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience in customer support or BPO roles.
- Fluency in Polish at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Graduation degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a dedicated remote work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from INR 1,100,000 to 1,500,000.
