Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement resilient, secure, and scalable digital platforms aligned with Stuff's strategic goals.
• Develop contemporary applications encompassing frontend interfaces, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
• Modernise, extend, or integrate current systems pragmatically rather than rebuild without purpose.
• Quickly prototype innovations and contribute to shaping product technical direction through discovery phases.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, automation, and modern engineering methodologies to enhance delivery speed and product quality.
• Create robust data infrastructures to enable analytics, personalisation, and future AI capabilities.
• Define and propagate engineering standards, tools, and workflows to strengthen technical capabilities company-wide.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated extensive experience designing and building scalable cloud-based digital platforms.
• Proficient full-stack engineer comfortable with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and DevOps domains.
• Proven ability to architect solutions for both new developments and existing platforms.
• Experience incorporating AI-powered development tools and automation to improve productivity.
• Skilled at communicating complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent decision-maker with pragmatism and the ability to deliver efficiently.
• Product-oriented thinker with curiosity and enthusiasm for impactful technology creation.
