Role Overview

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst, Product Operations in the Global Pricing Team. This role lies at the crossroads of Product and Business, tasked with optimizing pricing strategies that balance customer affordability with the company's sustainable unit economics. You will manage the specification, testing, launch, and ongoing operation of pricing features such as Small Order Fees, Service Fees, and Delivery Fee tiers while providing insights for global scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to estimate the impact of new pricing features on essential business metrics prior to implementation.
• Lead testing and rollout analysis of pricing features, ensuring stakeholder adoption and comparing actual versus forecasted impacts.
• Collaborate strategically with Global Marketing and Regional Operations to translate business goals into prioritised product requirements.
• Maintain daily oversight of pricing product operations, including monitoring global fee structures and supporting users with pricing strategy setup.
• Create engaging and accessible data visualizations using Tableau and BigQuery, managing consolidated revenue trackers for pricing initiatives.
• Manage the data catalog for pricing metrics and KPIs in cooperation with Data Engineering and Product to guarantee accurate, scalable experiment data and subsidies logging.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Product or Pricing Analyst in fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace sectors.
• Expert proficiency in BigQuery and SQL, with Python skills for building modeling pipelines and familiarity with GitHub.
• Strong statistical knowledge focused on A/B testing and price elasticity modeling.
• Comprehensive understanding of unit economics such as CAC, LTV, GPO, and contribution margin, with ability to quantify pricing impact on business outcomes.
• Fluency in English and capability to translate complex data into accessible narratives for non-technical teams.
• Experience managing data pipelines using Airflow and familiarity with Google Analytics or Amplitude for funnel analysis.
