About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and validate AI outputs related to healthcare and genomic data for precision, clinical applicability, and scientific integrity.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams, ensuring high data quality, adherence to regulatory standards, and strategic alignment.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both scientific experts and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in establishing data governance models and quality protocols within regulated environments.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience handling large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or leadership capacities.
- Strong foundation in data integration, governance, and conveying complex data into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical settings.
- Meticulous and exacting with data standards, with the ability to communicate discrepancies clearly.
- Highly self-motivated and dependable when independently tackling intricate challenges.

- Experience in data annotation, quality assurance, or system evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning processes relevant to healthcare or genomics.
