Primary Duties

• Execute early childhood education programs using the HighScope framework designed specifically for toddlers and pre-primary children.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and enriching classroom atmosphere that promotes creativity, exploration, and active participation.
• Regularly observe and document each child's developmental progress and tailor support to their individual learning needs.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with parents by providing frequent updates through daily digital reports and scheduled parent-teacher conferences.
• Uphold rigorous standards of safety, hygiene, and child protection in accordance with campus policies.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Applicants may be fresh graduates or possess 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in reputed preschools or pre-primary environments.
• Strong communication abilities in spoken and written English.
• Exemplify patience, empathy, adaptability, and a heartfelt passion for nurturing young children.
