Key Responsibilities
- Create and update detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project software.
- Track project timelines and detect deviations from planned schedules.
- Compile and present weekly and monthly progress documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
- Identify critical paths and formulate corrective action plans to address delays.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and generate S-Curves for project tracking.
- Oversee overall project performance to facilitate efficient planning and control mechanisms.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling functions.
- Skilled in using Primavera P6; familiarity with Microsoft Project is beneficial.
- Strong abilities in analysis, organization, and communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Preference given to Saudi nationals.
